Thank you for visiting and shopping at Daar Alamirat. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
Domestic shipping policy:
The shipping process is carried out within Tripoli on the same day or within 2 working days, while outside the city of Tripoli, shipping is carried out within 2 to 6 working days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays.
Shipping and home delivery by shipping companies are available in the main cities, but in neighboring villages, shipments are received from the shipping company’s headquarters only
If we experience high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can sometimes occur.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
There are no customs duties applied to your order within Libya State, all fees charged include VAT.
If the customer is outside Libya State, fees or taxes will be collected on shipments according to the policy of the country to which the shipment is made losses.
Daar Alamirat Company does not bear responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
